    I am writing this letter to confirm that Mario has done extensive work for my husband and I. He has always been reliable, very hard working and honest in all of our interactions. He re-built an entire home on our property after a fire and it is now our Guest House for our Winery. This was a huge project, as we wanted to reclaim most of the materials after the fire and he was able to glean the salvageable items and fill in where new was needed. 

 In terms of his character, the day of the fire, Mario immediately came over with his crew and began cleaning up our mess. He helped provide necessary information that helped us make educated decisions about a plan of action. We’ve always been able to count on him and his word. As for undesirable projects – we all know they exist, but Mario has never said, “No,” to any of my weird projects. He even built a 3 story scaffolding to install a ceiling fan for me – all on his day off. He has also managed some yard beautification projects including, landscaping, sprinkler system, fence and arbors. He designed and bid the projects himself and easily rivaled the landscape architects on our island.
